Senior Financial Analyst

Support financial planning and forecasting by preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and multi-year business plans in line with strategy and Group guidelines to ensure reliable financial direction for the Life Insurance business. Analyze business performance by comparing actual results versus budget and forecast and identifying key variances and drivers to support informed decision-making and corrective actions. Assess profitability and KPIs by evaluating performance across products, channels, and lines of business to guide strategic and commercial decisions. Validate planning assumptions and financial data by coordinating with actuarial, finance, and business teams and reviewing reconciliations and model outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and robustness of planning outputs. Prepare management reports and insights by developing high-quality presentations and financial analyses to support leadership decision-making. Enhance planning processes by improving and automating models, reporting, and data workflows to increase efficiency, accuracy, and data quality. Support strategic initiatives and stakeholder alignment by collaborating with internal teams and Group counterparts and providing ad-hoc analysis to ensure timely delivery and alignment of financial plans.
