- Lead root cause analysis investigations to address non-conformities and implement effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality control measures throughout the product lifecycle, from design to delivery.

Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred for advanced positions.

Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ASQ, ISO is highly desirable to validate expertise in quality systems.

At least 3 + years of relevant QA/QC experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, showcasing a solid understanding of quality processes.

Experience in specific industries such as construction, pharmaceuticals, or automotive is preferred to align with company operations.
