Security Guard

Job Summary

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and integrity of the Head Office along with Warehouse & Logistics by proactively protecting employees, clients, visitors, assets, inventory, and premises while ensuring all security procedures are followed in line with UAE regulations and the brand’s high standards of service and presentation. The role involves monitoring access, conducting regular patrols, responding promptly to security incidents, and maintaining a secure, professional, and welcoming environment that reflects the brand's premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence to safeguard employees, visitors, company assets, and office premises.

• Verify and control access for employees, visitors, contractors, deliveries, and service personnel in accordance with approved access procedures.

• Protect high-value merchandise, company assets, confidential areas, and equipment; remain vigilant against shoplifting, internal theft, damage, or unauthorized removal of assets.

• Conduct security checks of designated areas during opening and closing procedures, including doors, access points, restricted areas, and critical facilities.

• Monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and other security equipment to identify and respond to suspicious activities.

• Investigate and document security incidents, accidents, and unusual occurrences, preparing accurate incident reports.

• Conduct regular internal and external patrols to identify safety hazards, unauthorized activity, or breaches of security procedures.

• Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries, material movement, and asset transfers to ensure appropriate authorization and documentation.

• Control authorized trailer entry, guide drivers to the designated docking bay, ensure safe docking and loading/unloading, and facilitate secure exit from the premises.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding customer information, employee matters, security procedures, CCTV footage, and other sensitive business information.
