Role Overview Live-in Male Nurse
As a Live-in Male Nurse, you will provide comprehensive nursing care and health monitoring for an elderly gentleman within a private household. You will assist with medication management, health assessments, daily care planning, and ongoing wellbeing while working closely with the family to ensure the highest standards of personalised care. This role requires professionalism, flexibility, compassion, and the ability to build trusting relationships in a private home environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care within a private residence
- Monitor the patient s health and overall wellbeing
- Administer medications and follow prescribed treatment plans
- Conduct routine health assessments and observations
- Assist with mobility and daily healthcare requirements where necessary
- Support healthy lifestyle habits and encourage physical activity
- Respond promptly to changes in the patient s medical condition
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and health records
- Communicate effectively with the family regarding the patient s health
- Deliver compassionate, respectful, and patient-centred care while maintaining confidentiality
Urgent requirement for Male Nurse in Ajman. Candidates must possess relevant hands-on skills, duty compliance, and ability to work in a dynamic GCC team environment.
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution
- Minimum 10 years of nursing experience
- Extensive experience in geriatric nursing and elderly patient care
- Previous experience in homecare, private nursing, or long-term care settings
- Experience working as a private duty nurse or live-in caregiver for VIP or private households is highly preferred
- Patient, attentive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing patient needs
- Willingness to reside full-time with the family in Morocco
- Flexible regarding working hours based on the patient s daily routine and healthcare needs
- Comfortable with the live-in nature of the role and providing personal care when required
- Immediate availability or short notice period is an advantage
Education: B.Sc Nursing / Diploma
Preferred Gender: Male
Experience Required: 2 - 5 Years.
