Roles & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, filling, and surface preparation. Match and mix paint colors accurately. Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat using professional painting equipment. Repair paint damage, scratches, dents, and imperfections. Ensure a high-quality and smooth paint finish. Inspect completed work and correct any imperfections. Maintain a clean and organized working area. Follow safety procedures and proper handling of automotive paint and materials. Work closely with mechanics, body repair technicians, and other members of the team.
